These terms cover your use of snaplens.co, the free guides I give away, and the emails I send. By using the site or joining my email list, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

I am Harsh. I run this site on my own from India. There is no company behind it. "I" and "me" in these terms mean me personally.

The content is information, not advice

Everything on this site and in my emails is general information. It is written for a general audience and it knows nothing about your situation.

It is not professional advice. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or business advice. I am not your adviser and reading my emails does not make me one.

If you need advice about your own circumstances, speak to a qualified professional in your own country who can look at your actual situation.

No guarantee of any outcome

I do not guarantee that anything on this site will work for you.

I make no promise about earnings, income, sales, traffic, growth, or any other result. Nothing here is a projection or a forecast. Any example or result mentioned anywhere is one person's experience and says nothing about what you will get.

What you get out of any of this depends on you, on your effort, on your market and on circumstances neither of us controls.

The free guides

The guides and downloads I give away are for your own personal use.

You may read them, print them, and use the ideas in your own work. You may not resell them, republish them, give them away as your own, bundle them into something you sell, or upload them somewhere for others to download. I keep the copyright.

If you want to share something with a colleague, send them to the site and let them get their own copy.

Products sold by other people

Many of the products I write about are made, sold and supported by other companies. I am an affiliate, not the seller.

That means anything to do with the purchase itself is between you and that vendor. Payment, delivery, access, customer support, technical problems, guarantees, cancellations and refunds are all theirs to handle, not mine. I cannot issue a refund for a product I did not sell and I have no access to their systems or your account with them.

Before you buy anything, read that vendor's own terms and refund policy. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact them first. If they ignore you, tell me at harsh@heydevlaunch.com and I will stop promoting them, but I cannot force them to act.

I also do not control what is on other companies' websites. A link from me is not an endorsement of everything they say or do.

What you agree not to do

Do not try to break into the site, scrape it at scale, interfere with how it runs, or use it to do anything illegal. Do not sign up with someone else's email address.

Limitation of liability

Here is the plain version. This site is free, the guides are free, and I am one person giving away information. You use it at your own risk.

If you act on something you read here and it costs you money, time or opportunity, that is on you, not on me. I am not liable for lost profits, lost earnings, lost data, business losses, or any other loss that follows from using this site, my emails, my guides, or a product I linked to.

I try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but I do not promise it is. Information goes out of date, prices change, products get worse, and mistakes happen. The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind.

If a court decides I am liable for something despite the above, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid me, which is almost certainly nothing.

None of this removes any right you have that the law where you live says cannot be removed.

I can change or withdraw the site

I can change the content, change these terms, add or remove pages and products, or shut the site down entirely. I can stop sending emails, or stop sending them to a particular person.

When these terms change, I will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version.

Your email and privacy

How I handle your data is set out in the privacy policy. You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time with the one-click link in any email, from the unsubscribe page, or by emailing me.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer somewhere with mandatory local protections, this does not take away the rights your own law gives you.
